I stand up with 8+ years of experience in different industries.
I manage both software development and IT hardware supply. I am responsible for decision making to guide the business towards the vision, maintaining harmony between business and culture, holding up the necessary capital as per requirement.
I am responsible and accountable to the business model and activities, to keep the board of directors updated regarding the state of business.
I am responsible for risk mitigation inorder to decrease the volatility of sales and increase the visibility of company among the investors.
I manage organizational sales by developing business plans, achieving the target of planned goals and coordinating with marketing team on lead generation. The major duties on table that are dealt with are monitoring the business activities and performance in sales by tracking sales targets, setting up individual performance goals and facilitate training to the sales executives. I am responsible for mapping potential customers, generate leads for the organization, brand promotion and driving the team. I am having 10+ years of experience in different industries.
Ideally, I see myself in a position where I am part of a team where I am able to contribute to an existing code base or help to create a new product. Currently, I am a mobile developer with over 6+ years professional experience with mobile applications. Capable of working with minimal supervision and committed to providing high quality code on every project.
Devender Lenkala has over 10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. He has lived in the US for over 6 years and He has a tremendous amount of experience in Hardware/software and Solutions/Services Sales/consultancy to all Enterprises. He also has rich experience in building and managing captive teams for multinational companies in India.
